If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from JAB ECOHUB, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions:

The item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact.
Please include the receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product).
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 7–14 business days.
